Dix (call name is "Dax") has very high ball drive, a high will to please, and is a pleasant, stable dog with great working ability.  He has competed at the Czech National level twice, placing 5th in 2008, and was first reserve for the Czech team to the WUSV competition in 2008.  Dax also competed in 2009 in the United States with Mr. Nathan Harves, going high in trial at his second competition.  Dax is a dog with an open disposition, shining eyes, and a laughing mouth.  He is very agile and strong.  His tracking is accurate and systematic, his obedience done with accuracy and zest, and he is uncompromising in his bitework.  Dax's hips were PennHIP certified this summer, placing him in the 65th/70th percentile for German Shepherds.  We also has his elbows xrayed (clear), and did many different laboratory blood tests.  Dax passed them all with flying colours.  Dax competed at the Canadian National Championships in August, 2010, and placed fifth, qualifying him for Team Canada for the WUSV Championships in Sevilla, Spain.  He was also chosen as the "Helper's Choice" of the Canadian championships (award for the dog with the most convincing bitework routine).  Link to his performance on youtube is below!
